Living Fence
Security doesn't have to be unattractive. Crisp's Living Fence™
is an aesthetically pleasing and effective security hedge that creates
a highly effective barrier to humans and animals. The hardy shrubs are
deceptively beautiful and heavily armed with 3 - 5 inch stout thorns
which are camouflaged by attractive foliage. In its mature state the
Living Fence™ is capable of stopping vehicles. The plants grow
rapidly and can quickly create an effective barrier. Normal growth rate
is 18 to 24 inches annually, and mature plants can reach heights of
16 to 20 feet, and widths of 6 to 9 feet.

complete written instructions for care. The Living Fence™ is tolerant
to tropical wet soils as well as dry zones.
The plant's beauty is enhanced by beautiful blossoms in the Spring and
aromatic fruit in the Fall. Strategic pruning will alter growth patterns
to suit specific needs and surroundings.
While the Living Fence™ will enhance the landscape as a beautiful
hedge, it is a truly effective security fence. Yet it's cost is approximately
1/5 of a chain link fence and unlike chain link, the Living Fence™
